rights, or the Unusual Gem, or the wide range of shopkeepers nearby. But I’ll tell you
what you don’t want Proudspire Manor
for: the storage space. Proudspire Manor is like a New York apartment:
Expensive, fancy, and as big as a closet. Okay, so it’s got 3
floors, but those 3 floors are not filled with chests, more like plants,
unusable shelves, and an arcane enchanter.
